We’ve got an all-night line up of the rock and new wave tunes from the 80s that you love that are rarely played by other local bands in the twin cities. Hits by Blondie, the Cars, the B-52s, Tears for Fears, the Cure, Cheap Trick, Foreigner, Hall and Oates, Yes, Toto, Duran Duran, ELO and more! A little something for everyone!

Atomic Beat brings the beat of the 80s back to PENN FEST in Richfield, with special guest – 8 Little Birds! Join the fun on Sunday, September 15 from 1-5pm. Find us playing at RICHFIELD LIQUOR – 6444 Penn Ave S.

Get Up, Stand Up at 1:00pm, when 8 LITTLE BIRDS takes the stage to bring you the reggae sounds of Bob Marley!

Then from 2:30-5pm it's all about the new wave and rock hits of the 80s, as ATOMIC BEAT blasts the beat with favorite songs by: Blondie, the Cars, the B-52s, Tears for Fears, Cheap Trick, Foreigner, Hall and Oates, Yes, Toto, Duran Duran, ELO and more! A little something for everyone!

Penn Fest is a day when walking, biking, dance, music, games, sports, crafts, food and community booths take over Penn Avenue in Richfield. It's a day of exploration and celebration as event guests stroll the street.

For a few hours, motorized traffic disappears and fun-filled community gathering takes over. Penn Avenue will be closed to traffic from 62nd to 76th Streets. Event goers may stroll or bike the avenue to visit local restaurants, unique shops, food trucks, exhibits, vendor booths and community groups. Live music, games and fun activities will entertain all who stop by.

Combining the Buck Hill Weekly Wheels Car + Bike Meet - this event will raise funds for the families of the Burnsville first responders who tragically lost their lives in the line of duty this past spring. Bald Man Brewing's 8th Birthday Bash is going to their most EPIC event ever! THE SUBURBS are one of Minnesota's most popular & influential bands of all time! Opening bands include THE SCARLET GOODBYE – new sounds formed by 2 Minnesota legends, and ATOMIC BEAT kicks off the music at 3pm with new wave and rock hits from the 80s! There will also be a food drive and fundraising-raffle for Dakota County's Open Door Pantry, who help many in need! 2 FOOD TRUCKS: The Brick Oven Pizza Bus and KCM Eggroll Food Truck. (Bald Man Brewing's Thirst Responder Event Truck will also be pouring beer outside for this concert.) BREWS: Our special edition SUBURBS COLLABORATION BEER called LOVE IS THE LAW PUB ALE will be celebrated at this concert! You can find it in cans at many liquor stores and on tap in BMB's taproom. Bald Man Brewing will also have new releases and reserve beers will be introduced throughout this Birthday Bash. DOORS (and Taproom) Open at 2pm. Music starts at 3pm and ends at 10pm sharp.
